In honor of National Public Works Week, the City of Oak Ridge Public Works Department and the Public Works Employee Relations Committee (PwERC) are honored to host the 2nd Annual Public Works Day Community Open House. All who live and work in Oak Ridge are invited to come and learn more about Public Works, what we do, and how we serve their community through fun, interactive, educational activities for kids of all ages, including adults. This includes a Touch-the-Truck event where kids and adults can see and touch the type of trucks and equipment used to keep the City safe and functioning smoothly, kids activity stations, bicycle road course (kids), bounce houses, face painting, food, live music, and so much more. Please join us for this exciting event!
